What This Is
A simple week away from screens. That's it.
This isn't therapy or treatment. It's just a week in a calm place where teens can take a break from phones and spend time outside with a small group.
What a Week Looks Like
The Daily Flow
Simple and easy. Nothing rigid.
- Morning time outdoors
- Meals together
- Activities in nature
- Group time
- Evening wind-down
Where We Are
A nature-based setting with warm weather and outdoor space. We share the exact location with families after we talk.
How Many Teens
Max 4 teens per week. Small enough that it doesn't feel overwhelming.
Who This Is For
This might help if your teen:
- Is spending too much time on screens
- Feels stuck or unmotivated
- Could use a change of pace
- Can participate in a group setting
Not the right fit if:
- Your teen needs medical or mental health treatment
- There's a crisis situation
Staying in Touch
Short Daily Updates
You'll get a quick text or email each day letting you know how things are going.
One Video Call Mid-Week
Around day 3 or 4, you'll have a short video call with your teen. Just to check in.
A Few Photos
We'll share some photos during the week so you can see what they're up to.
Keeping contact light helps teens settle in and stay present. It's only a week, and we'll keep you updated the whole time.
Weekly Parent Q&A Call
We host a weekly live Q&A call for parents who want to learn more and ask questions directly. There's no pressure — it's simply a chance to understand how the program works, who it's for, and whether it's the right fit for your child.
This is optional and informal. It's just a way to help you feel confident about the program before committing.
